NCOALink

Input File Layout

Peachtree Data can work with almost any file type or file layout that you provide. For NCOALink™, we need at least the complete name, company name (if available), and full mailing address.

We recommend that you provide us with a unique key that will identify each record. Below is an example file layout in which the unique key would be provided in positions 153-162.

Name
The name field should be in first name middle initial last name name suffix order (For example: JOHN Q SMITH, JR).

Compression
We recommend using PKZip or WinZip to compress all files.

File Format
The format of the data file can be: D:Base III (no memo fields), Fixed Length, Comma Delimited, or Tab Delimited. Other formats may be accepted, however, it would be advisable that you discuss this with your Account Manager prior to submission.

All files submitted should be accompanied with a file layout.

We can also accept a variety of physical media, including :

  • CD ROM
  • 3480, 3490 & 3490e cartridges
