How a job works
Tell FAST what to do
Three short text files describe your job — one for the services you want, one for your data file's format, and one for how you want the results back. Templates in the Starter Kit make this quick; you fill in only what you need.
Zip it with your data
Bundle your data file and those instruction files into a single ZIP, named with your own reference. That reference becomes the purchase-order number on your invoice.
Send it over Secure FTP
Drop the ZIP onto your Secure FTP account, any hour of the day or night. Nothing waits on our staff being in the office.
Download the finished job
When processing completes, you get an email with a link to your results. If anything about the job needs a human eye, a real person emails you — no silent failures.
