There's a reason: Canadian moves are filed with Canada Post, not the USPS® — so NCOALink® never sees them. Canadian addresses follow their own formats and postal codes, so US validation can't vouch for them either. Your Canadian records need their own care, held to Canada Post's standards.

One requirement to know about: Canada Post asks mailers to register for a User ID before processing. The registration is quick, it's done online, and we'll point you to it.

SERP-certified address validation
