Inbox Deliverability
Every bounce chips away at your sender reputation.
Check every email address for deliverability before you hit send, so bounces don't put your whole program at risk.
Email lists go stale quietly. People change jobs and their work address dies. They abandon an old inbox and never look back. Nothing tells you — the addresses just sit in your data, looking as good as the day they were collected, waiting to bounce.
Bounces cost more than you think
A bounced email isn't just one missed message. Inbox providers watch bounce rates closely, and when they see a lot of bounced mail coming from a single sender, they penalize that sender — filtering future sends to spam, or blacklisting the sender outright. That's the real danger of a stale list: the dead addresses on it can take down deliverability for the living ones. One careless campaign to an old list can hurt every campaign that follows.
How email validation works
Validation checks each address at three levels, in order. Syntax: is it even a well-formed email address? Domain: does the domain exist, and is it set up to receive mail? Mailbox: does this specific inbox actually exist at that domain? Each level catches problems the one before it can't — before you send, not after the bounce report. Nothing is ever sent to your contacts during the process; from their side, it's invisible.
One honest caveat: some domains are configured to accept mail for any address and sort it out later — so mailbox-level validation isn't possible there, and anyone who claims otherwise is guessing. Where that's the case, we tell you rather than pretend certainty.
What you get back
Every address comes back sorted into a clear status, so you know what to do with each one at a glance:
- Valid — deliverable; send with confidence.
- Corrected — we caught an obvious error, like a misspelled domain, and re-checked; the fixed address is deliverable.
- Risky — deliverable, but flagged for a reason worth knowing, such as a spam-trap or a role account.
- Invalid — not deliverable; pull it before you send.
- Unverifiable — the accept-all domains above, where no one can confirm the mailbox either way. We say so rather than guess.
Behind each status sits a specific reason code — mailbox doesn't exist, domain can't receive mail, invalid syntax, and dozens more — so you're never just told an address is bad, you're told why. It all returns documented in your data, so the cleanup lives in your master list, not just one campaign's export.
Why run it with us
Most email validation happens through a faceless upload portal. We do things differently: you can talk to a real person about your bounce problem before anything runs, and if your data doesn't need validation yet, we'll tell you that too. Start with a conversation — we'll tell you what your data needs, and what it doesn't, before you ever send a file.
How it works
Start with a conversation
Tell us how you use email and when you last cleaned your data. If your bounce rates are already healthy, we'll say so — you shouldn't pay to fix what isn't broken.
We check every address for deliverability
Each email address in your data is validated to confirm it can actually receive mail — before your campaign ever depends on it. Nothing is sent to your contacts during validation.
Results come back to you, documented
Every address returns marked, so you can pull the invalid ones out of your sends and keep your master data honest — not just one campaign's copy of it.
Your Data, Protected
You're trusting us with your file. Here's how we treat it.
Encrypted transfer, controlled access, documented handling, and scheduled destruction — we'll show you every step.
