Phone append starts with what you already have: names and addresses. We match those records against multiple phone databases — not just one — and return the current numbers we find. Using several sources matters, because no single database covers everyone; matching across them raises both the match rate and the quality of what comes back. Typical results run 35–50% for residential landlines and 70% or higher for cell numbers.

Do Not Call compliance, handled before you dial

Calling and texting are regulated, and the rules are stricter than mail. Before we run anything, we need to know how you want Do Not Call registrations — FTC, state, and ANA lists — handled:

• Suppressing DNC numbers — the right choice for most marketing calls. You'll provide your End-User SAN number from the FTC; if you don't have one, you can apply for a SAN number directly with the FTC.
• Returning every number, regardless of DNC status — you'll need to sign our waiver form online before we run your job.

We'll explain the whole thing in plain English before anything runs. No surprises after the fact.

What you get back

Your data returns with the original records intact, appended landline and cell numbers tied to the right customers, and coding that shows what was matched. If you have numbers already, we can verify those too — so the whole phone field is trustworthy, not just the new entries.
